Lectionary Based Discussion Group

This class focuses on the lectionary reading from the Sunday propers, and involves curriculum and commentary review and discussion.  Meets weekly, 9:20 – 10:15 September – May.  During Advent and Lent, the group may choose studies designed for studies during these seasons. 

Upstairs Adult Sunday School

This class will uses DVD presentation followed by discussion.  These series addresses evolving faith issues and spritual practices in our contemporary world.   Facilitator:  Richard Dickey.

Education for Ministry

EFM is a lay course in understanding the Bible, church history and theology sponsored by the Sewanee School of Theology and consists of course readings and discussion.  An EFM group is designed for 6 to 12 members and meets for 36 sessions.  EFM meets Mondays from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. September – May.  For more information of Education for Ministry please visit:  Education for Ministry
